House...

So I've had many complains about me not posting pictures of my house on here. Mainly from my mom but no matter I'm posting them here regardless of who is complaining. I love you all.

My Entry Way

The Game room. This is where everyone usually hangs out not only because these are the only chairs I have in the house. =)

My living room. No, that washer is not there anymore. I will be getting couches soon. I will post pictures of when I do.

The other side of my room. Yes there are 2 entrances to my room....scratch that...3. but the third is in the closet and blocked off....if you'd like more explanation, you must come see for yourself.

Kylie's room. The other wall is purple. Kenzi's room. She has one of the biggest rooms in the house. She picked her own room and the other girls did not complain.

Other than trying to get my house together, we've been doing pretty good.

Too many..

Getting Settled...

We spend our first night over at my new house on Friday. It was very different but I very much enjoyed it. We almost have the kitchen done. There are still a few things in there that need to be taken out, my game room is almost how we want it, and now today I'm working on getting my room situated. The first rooms we got done were of course the girls rooms.

There is still a few things we need to get like a couch and chairs for my kitchen table, but we've kind of run out of money with bills and getting stuff for my kitchen. lol So those things much come later. As of now we are sitting on camping chairs while we eat. Fun times!

Pictures will come later. Most things are in boxes still.

5 More Days...

So I've been super busy with my house and haven't had much time to update. But we will be officially moved in by this weekend. I'm hoping to have everything packed and moved over, besides the beds, by Thursday. That way when Natalie gets out of school on Friday all we have to move over are the beds. I'm hoping Matt can take Friday off to help me move the beds over Friday morning. I'm so excited to be sleeping in my own house.

Well, pictures will have to come at a later date. I need to register Natalie and Kylie for school today and take as much stuff as I can over to my house. =)

Almost...

For the past week we've been painting and fixing stuff and making my ugly light fixtures in my house look decent. It's worked for now at least. Today I will hopefully have enough time to finish painting the kitchen and start cleaning up so we can put a refrigerator in there.

Other than the kitchen I've got one hallway half way done. It's been pretty fun being down there fixing everything. It's starting to feel more like my home and not an old persons home. lol (If you saw the house before we fixed it up you'd understand)

Good news...

Just to let everyone know how excited I am....

WE GOT THE KEYS TO MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!

Now I can start painting. I'm very excited to have a house to call my own and to make it my own. But unfortunately I couldn't go today to start. I will be starting Monday. Hopefully, I'll have enough time to do all I want.

It's been long enough

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY EVERYONE!!!

I know I've been slacking on this whole blogging thing but I've been busy. But before I tell you what's been going on...pictures!!

So this wasn't the 4th but it just poured at my house. It would come in spurts but when it rained...it poured. And of course Kenzi had to play in the rain. I must admit I was out there with her. It was a gorgeous day to play in the rain! =)

Alright then, now that that's out of the way I can tell you what's been going on.

It has definitely been a very stressful month but needless to say we are at the end. Matt signed away his life and now will be getting the keys to my house on FRIDAY!!!! I'm so glad this hectic time is over. Once we get the keys on Friday, I will be going over to change the locks on Saturday. Starting sometime next week, I will be painting and getting a cleaning to clean the carpets. After the carpets are clean I will be moving the stuff I have packed in. I am so extremely excited that I want to start getting it cleaned up like....3 weeks ago. I'd like to be all the way moved in by the end of July but unfortunately it has to be the end of the first week in August. Natalie doesn't finish school until August 7th. I'll just have to go slow with moving stuff in. So, I will probably need some help and I will let everyone know who wants to help what needs to be done. =)
