Stupid Computer...

I have been wanting to update and let everyone know what is going on with us, except the pictures I want to upload with the posts, so they make more sense, are MIA. Just wonderful. So until we can get those pictures found and restored to their original locations, all of us will have to suffer.

Random question, Why does Bernhard & Williams think I'm a sucker and will buy whatever crap they throw at me? My girls have already had their school pictures taken at the beginning of the year. I thought that would be all. Oh no! It's not! Just a few days ago they took pictures AGAIN for their SPRING package. Although Natalie does looks cute, I WILL NOT buy more pictures from you. Once a year is far too many.

Other than Bernhard & Williams making suckers out of some people, not much else has been going on. We did go to a birthday party for a friend of mines daughter. I haven't seen her since high school and she lives right near me. It's good catching up with high school friends. A few weeks ago we went camping. Unfortunately, I forgot my camera and so I didn't get pictures. I even charged the battery and everything. OH OH!!!! I bought the best movie ever!!!!! AVATAR!!!! I absolutely love that movie. I saw it twice in theaters and I told Matt that I would own that movie...even if I have to pay full price for it. Which it was on sale for $17.99 when I did buy it. =) If I want a movie I usually look for the lowest price or wait until it gets under $10.

I'm sure I could sit here all day and think or things we've done over the last few weeks, but I really don't want to. Kenzi needs help with reading Kylie's site words.

Spring Cleaning Already?...

Some of you may know and some of you may not know, but when I get mad or upset in anyway, I release this emotion by cleaning everything possible.

This past Saturday and Sunday I cleaned almost my entire back room and game room. The funny thing was...I wasn't mad or upset or any similar emotion. I just felt like cleaning. So When Mike came over on Sunday and saw what I had done he asked, "Were you mad?" Surprisingly no, I wasn't mad. But it was a great feeling to get something done. I've been needing to clean and sort my back room for a while.

In my game room, we had a shelf that was ugly and pretty much pointless. Good thing for me it was about to fall off the wall. So I took it down, repainted where it needed and now it looks TONS better. Mission complete.

There are several other projects I'd like to get done as well. But I need to measure and see what I can do before we start the big ones.

Anyway, other than going on a cleaning frenzy, we have been doing really well and I have been trying to think of things I can do for Matt's birthday which is on the 10th. So I'm running out of time. He says he doesn't want anything but I can't just not get him anything. That's not like me at all.

Natalie and Kylie are on track break right now and go back I think next week. When they go back I'm gonna try and get them into Frank Kim. I'd go down right now while they are out but it is such a hassle sometimes with 3 girls that like to touch everything. So if I only have Kenzi it will be tons better. She actually listens to me when her sisters aren't around.

Oh yes I do need to post pictures of Kenzi's birthday but I do have so much to do today that it will be impossible to do right now. Perhaps later. =)

Vance's Birthday Party!

This morning around 11ish, we had my nephew's birthday party. He was so excited about it! Right when I walked in the door he says, "Hi Tisal! I'm 3!" No, he can't quite say my name correctly and Yes, he's only 3! So, whenever anyone else would walk in he'd say "Hi, I'm 3!" So cute!

We had tons of fun. When Keller, his best friend in the whole world, got there we started out with jumping in the bouncer my mom got for Christmas. Yes, this toy will be used for all birthdays/holidays. Vance's thing is to let the bouncer get all blown up and then turn it off with everyone still inside. After doing that a few times, Vance got hungry shortly after so we went back inside and had lunch along with birthday cookies and presents. The kids had lots of fun banging on the table til we got the food on the table. Then Keller and Kenzi wanted to play outside in the bouncer again when all Vance wanted to do was play inside with his new toys. After a while I convinced him to play outside with everyone else. It was probably around 1:00-1:30pm by this point and everyone was grouchy and needed a nap. After Keller left, my mom and I got Kenzi, Vance, and Carter to calm down enough for at least Carter to fall asleep. All in all it was a fun birthday!

We get to do it all over again on Saturday for Kenzi's birthday! She's going to be 4 on Sunday! Man, how time flies.

Time for an update I think...

Well this year we had Thanksgiving with my in-laws. Matt's brother Doug and sister Pam came into town and we had a blast playing with all the cousins. Cousin Ty and Kenzi became instant best friends again. It takes them a while to warm up to each other but when they do, INSTANT best friends. They had a sleepover a few nights before Thanksgiving and just had a blast.
This is Thanksgiving Day and the best picture I have. I didn't take pictures at the dinner table with my camera but I will try and get copies of those pictures. This is after dinner and Connie and Sherman will most of their grandkids. Only Steve's kids are missing.

It is always great to see family. Especially Matt's side since all of them live out of town. So that is why we weren't able to go to St. George for Thanksgiving if any of you were wondering.

I had thought I'd done so good with Christmas shopping. I started the day after Thanksgiving but of course I didn't count on last minute emergencies. I shall know better for next year and will be more prepared. Christmas was really a blast this year as well. Surprisingly we didn't start until around 8 or 8:30am. It was fantastic....Except for the rudely awakening we got at 3am because our neighbors decided to BLAST their music for an hour. At least it was enough to wake Matt up. When I was younger I'd play music to fall asleep so it didn't bother me as much as Matt. It was just the fact that it was so early in the morning. So we did do something about it. And it hasn't happened for a while but it will....guaranteed it will.

Christmas morning was still really fun. Santa was really nice this year. Although, as soon as my girls opened their presents they started fighting over them. But such is life. It was probably around 9am when my mom stopped by to give us their presents for us. I have yet to take pictures of my living room. Although I have yet to take Christmas pictures off my camera. SO that will be next post of pictures. I know I'm a little late in saying this but Merry Christmas everyone. Hope it was as good as ours. And Happy New Years tomorrow!!! =)

The Best....

This blog will be short today. I haven't been in a blogging mood and nothing particularly exciting has happened. My girls are back in school from break. I'm not sure who's more excited me or them. And I started Christmas shopping before Thanksgiving so now I am all done. The only thing I need to get now are stocking stuffers. Not too hard. =) I'm so good at this game.

Anyway, back to my original reason of writing. I've been reading these vampire books that are just amazing. No, it's not the Twilight series and yes, there are MUCH better vampire books than Twilight. The first book is called, A Quick Bite. They are by Lynsay Sands. There are 10 books in the series and I'm on book 3. I did take a break from them for a while because I had to pack and move into my house. So now I am back reading them and I just love them. The absolute best part of these vampire books are....THEY DON'T GLISTEN IN THE SUN!!!! If you'd like to know more about them I will be glad to tell you. =)

Halloween!!

Bailey's a Vampire, Natalie's tinkerbell, Kylie's Cinderella, and Kenzi's a witch!

We had a blast getting candy, of course, and fortunately didn't get tummy aches.

Kenzi's candy is all gone, no surprise. Natalie's candy is almost gone, she got the most. Kylie's candy is just about gone. And not too sure how much Bailey got or ate. She had a sore throat anyway so I don't think she ate a lot.

Updates...

Yes, I know. I've been slacking. I have been sick and so have my kids. So really that's the best excuse I can come up with. =D

Anyway, I know I've told some people but I will let the rest of you know on here since I don't have most of your numbers. My oldest daughter Natalie, is getting baptized this Saturday at 10am at my stake center on Oakey between Rainbow and Buffalo. She is super excited and can't wait. I did get her scriptures and hopefully they will be here before Saturday but we shall see. She was very disappointed that she didn't get scriptures for her birthday. I was thinking of doing them for her birthday but I think it would be more of a surprise and more special if I did them on her baptism. Then that night, we'll have our wards truck or treat. That should be fun for them as well.

Not a lot has been going on, just a baptism, being sick, and trying to not get everyone else sick.
